Placesite AI ("we", "us", "our") is a service operated by Imado Studio. We provide a platform that generates static websites from Google Business Profile data. Our website is placesiteai.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: email address and password when you register.
  • Billing data: name, company, address, VAT number (provided voluntarily for invoicing).
  • Usage data: Google Maps URLs you submit and generated website content.
  • Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
  • Cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in and a language preference cookie. No third-party tracking cookies.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide the service: generate, host, and publish your website.
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
  • We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with the following processors, strictly to deliver the service:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email
  • OpenAI — AI content generation
  • Cloudflare — hosting and image storage

All processors are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us. Generated website files are deleted when you delete a site.
